From scratch, spinach and egg fettuccini tossed with prosciutto, snap peas and Alfredo style sauce.

Grilled boneless breast, sliced and served with mango gastrique, baby arugula, and orzo-quinoa pilaf.
Amish Chicken Breast
Served with shitake mushrooms ala crème with sautéed Brussels leaves and orzo-quinoa pilaf.

8 oz. Black Angus barrel cut. (The best part of the tenderloin.) served with demi-glace, béarnaise and dauphinoise potatoes.
*14 oz.Prime Rib-Eye
Served with black truffle compound butter and pomme frites.
*Rack and Tenderloin of Lamb
Mustard, garlic and panko encrusted, served with basil demi-glace and dauphinoise potatoes.
